Will I have to speak with the IRS myself once I have retained your services?

No. Once you hire Mutual Law Group, your attorney will conduct all future communication with the IRS. You may continue to receive notices from the IRS. However, your attorney will respond to those notices on your behalf, and you will not have direct contact with the IRS.

Can you assist me if I live in another state?

Yes, we can represent clients from every state before the IRS. We communicate with our clients via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail. We most commonly represent clients in Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, and San Diego. We can also meet with clients face to face, upon request.

What are your legal fees?

We base our fees on a flat rate and on the specifics of your case. However, rest assured that we consistently offer affordable fees. We can quote you the fee and the terms of our representation during your initial consultation.

Do you take payments?
